Low rpm, part throttle – where everyday driving really happens. It carries its load the moment you ask, with no flat spot and no surge.

Boost builds exactly as it’s requested and the torque rises in one clean line to its limit – strong, progressive and controlled.

Braking, then back on the power.
Off the pedal under braking load, then straight back on: boost and torque recover smoothly, with no hesitation and no step.

Torque rises evenly with your right foot – no dead band, no step. Kinder to the gearbox, dual mass flywheel, drive shafts and engine mountings.

Your Navara runs on our Maha MSR 500 before and after its calibration – a four-wheel-drive dyno with the front and rear rollers electronically synchronised, safe for modern four-wheel-drive systems.

A sealed, air-controlled cell.
Air at the front simulates driving at up to 140 mph, and the same volume is drawn out at the back – so the pressure in the cell stays balanced, run after run.

Every vehicle we tune is data logged before and after its calibration, and every log is analysed into an in-depth data log report.
We don’t chase the limits – we calibrate to work precisely within them.

Each and every engine is individually calibrated on our Maha MSR 500, for every throttle position and every rpm. No two engines are identical – we don’t stop until the calibration is right.
